Centuries of expertise and experience have made Scotland the home of cashmere, with unquestionably the finest garments and accessories being made by John Laing.

Every single element of a John Laing garment or accessory’ is Scottish spun and made. Utilising skills handed down from numerous generations.

Each jumper passes through 30-40 pairs of expert’s hands and is subject to no fewer than 30 different processes, ranging from knitting, linking and tacking to washing/milling, hand sewing and pressing before the garment is complete.

Each of these operations require years of training and keen hand-eye coordination.
